Journey preview

1. Confirm availability and integrations: Merchant directory and payments with reversals.
2. Build the eligible audience, deduplicate and randomly reserve 10% as a control for optional promotion. Support, refunds and essential communications continue for everyone.
3. Apply the trigger: Consented visit to the merchant locator.
4. Send in the preferred language between 09:00 and 18:00 local time. Observe events for 7 days.
5. After 72 hours, check the action. At most 1 reminder(s), only without completion and before the deadline.
6. Validate the action and reversals; apply incentive rules. Exit immediately on success, opt-out or account restriction.
7. Close the window on day 7; measure repeat use 30 days later without extending messaging.

Offer constraints

Example: 3% of settled eligible value, rounded to two decimal places, up to MT 10 total per customer. Credit to main balance within 48 hours of window close, no expiry. Illustrative offer, funded by the operator. One allocation per customer per window; cannot be stacked. Validate transactions and reversals before allocation. Failures go to reconciliation without promising credit.

Required behavior: Pay a verified merchant for the first time. Qualification deadline: 7 days after entry.
