Complete a first recharge of at least MT 20. Measure completion within 7 days; only confirmed, non-reversed events count.

Applicable consent, a valid account and access to the required service.
Up-to-date data; one entry per customer in this concept version.

3 · How it works

48 hours after SIM activation.

After 72 hours, check the action; at most 1 reminder(s), only while incomplete.

Audience exclusions

Opt-outs, blocked accounts, tests, staff and duplicate identities.
Goal already completed or an incompatible active offer. Suspend promotions during open service incidents.
Unavailable service, missing essential data or revoked consent.

Apply the trigger: 48 hours after SIM activation.
