4. Send in the preferred language between 09:00 and 18:00 local time. Observe events for 2 days.
5. After 24 hours, check the action. At most 1 reminder(s), only without completion and before the deadline.
6. Validate the action and reversals; apply incentive rules. Exit immediately on success, opt-out or account restriction.
7. Close the window on day 2; measure repeat use 30 days later without extending messaging.
