2. Build the eligible audience, deduplicate and randomly reserve 10% as a control for optional promotion. Support, refunds and essential communications continue for everyone.
3. Apply the trigger: Customer looks up a biller but does not pay.
4. Send in the preferred language between 09:00 and 18:00 local time. Observe events for 10 days.
5. After 72 hours, check the action. At most 1 reminder(s), only without completion and before the deadline.
6. Validate the action and reversals; apply incentive rules. Exit immediately on success, opt-out or account restriction.
7. Close the window on day 10; measure repeat use 30 days later without extending messaging.
