3. Apply the trigger: 24 hours after a deposit without payment.
4. Send in the preferred language between 09:00 and 18:00 local time. Observe events for 7 days.
5. After 72 hours, check the action. At most 1 reminder(s), only without completion and before the deadline.
6. Validate the action and reversals; apply incentive rules. Exit immediately on success, opt-out or account restriction.
7. Close the window on day 7; measure repeat use 30 days later without extending messaging.

Offer constraints

Example: MT 5 cashback after the qualifying action. Total cap MT 5 per customer, credited to main balance within 48 hours of confirmation, with no credit expiry. Illustrative offer, funded by the operator. One allocation per customer per window; cannot be stacked. Validate transactions and reversals before allocation. Failures go to reconciliation without promising credit.

Required behavior: Complete a first payment of at least MT 25. Qualification deadline: 7 days after entry.
